• You can login into your My Account and Track the status of your shipment.
• Be sure to provide your phone number with your shipping information so that FedEx can contact you if they encounter difficulty with the delivery address.
• FedEx does not ship to Post Office Boxes and therefore a street address is required.
• Orders placed with a P.O. Box within the United States, will be shipped out using U.S. Priority Mail.
• The maximum package weight for a single shipment is 150 pounds (including packaging box). FedEx Home delivery is 70 pounds (including packaging box).

• To ship within the contiguous United States, you have the option to ship by FedEx Ground, FedEx Express Saver and FedEx Standard Overnight.
• To Canada, you can ship by FedEx Canada Ground or International Economy.
• All International shipments are sent via FedEx International Economy.

• We cannot calculate nor are we authorized to collect customs duties, VATs and other local taxes. These charges are the primary responsibility of international customers and due when clearing customs.
• We ship internationally to most countries. However, in order to comply with regulations, we must exclude shipping to those countries under U.S. embargo or under U.S. sanctions. A list of the restricted countries can be found at the U.S. Treasury web site.
• International customers should expect some delay due to customs inspections.
